Du kannst ein Gewichtsabhängiges Versandmodul verwenden und bei den Versandkosten freien Artikeln ein Gewicht von 0 hinterlegen, für alle anderen nimmst Du ein bestimmtes Gewicht und weist denen die gewünschten Preise zu.
