Hallo,

bei mir hat laut Anzeige die Installation reibungsfrei funktioniert. Bei Aufruf der Domain kommt aber eine weisse Seite. Rechte waren und sind eigentlich auch wie angegeben gesetzt. Woran kann das liegen?

Das System hat ein integirertes Log System, guck mal bitte unter:

core/logs/

nach ob dort in die error logs was geschrieben wurde, wenn ja bitte hier rein posten

Die sind alt, sind wohl hier beim packen reingerutscht, leere mal die log dateien, lass aber den ersten eintrag oben stehen, und bitte keine doppelposts

Sodele - ich habe die logs jetzt brandfrisch (hatte vorher um ehrlich zu sein gar nicht so auf's date geachtet :oops: )

Die sind clean - bei beiden no entry !

Aber die Seite ist immer noch blütenweiss. Ich bin etwas ratlos .....

Ist da noch das original Template drauf?
Datei und Verzeichnisrechte nochmals überprüfen.

Kommt außer der Weißen Seite ein Fehler?

Template ist das hhg_ms2006 - unverändert.

Datei u. Verzeichnisrechte sind ok.

Ausser der weissen Seite kommt kein Fehler und nicht einmal der Server gibt einen Error aus :bang: :exclaim:

Und nach 5 maligem Ablauf "angeblich" einwandfreier Installationsroutine ist mir schon fast nach 'ner Kugel.

Wenn Du in der Installation permanente Datenbank Verbindung ausgewählt haben und es auf dem Server nicht gestattet ist, kann es auch dazu kommen.

in folgenden Dateien:

Das Problem hat sich gelöst, nachdem der Shop eine Ebene höher installiert und die config entsprechend angepasst wurde. Aber was nun genau den Fehler verursacht hat ist mir noch nicht klar geworden.
